Beginning 3/27/2012 Sell Buy the Room will send an email invoice requesting the collection of fees when $5.00 is accumulated or after approximately 30 days if less than $5.00 is accumulated whichever occurs first. For your convenience, invoices will contain a “link” to facilitate a quick and easy payment.

This Privacy Policy describes CBTH, LLC ("Company," "we," "us" or "our") use and sharing of personally identifiable information ("PII") that users (“users” or “you”) voluntarily provide to Company when they use or otherwise register personally or with the assistance of Company personnel through Company's websites located on the domain SellBUYtheroom.com (the "Site"). By using and submitting your information through this Site, you consent to this Privacy Policy and to Company's collection and sharing of your personally identifiable information according to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Site is a general audience Site and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

Information We Collect

To facilitate the use of our services, we collect information you share with us through the Site. We may collect PII, such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number or other identifiers, from you. We may also collect transactional information you provide to us, such as addresses for shipping, billing and other information you provide to purchase or ship an item. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. While we do not currently collect or retain any personal credit card or bank account information we do utilize PayPal and all of their policies, terms and agreements apply and are between you and them.

If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify the Company and change your password.

What Information is Shared and with Whom

Access My Information

Upon request via postal mail or e-mail to the address provided on the Contact page of our website, users may review or gain access to the PII retained by Company regarding the user and may request changes to or challenge the accuracy or completeness of the information, which will be amended as appropriate. Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law.
