Upload Image: Take a photo of the items you want to sell. You can take a picture of an entire room or group the items together in an organized way for the photo.
Mark Items: Create "hotspots" by marking the items within the photo you wish to sell and add descriptions to each item. This enables you to sell each item individually from your photo.
Add Details: Select individual categories which best describe each hotspot (don't select the category "Multiple Items Pictures" when setting up the details for hotspots).  Decide whether you prefer auction-style, fixed pricing or classified when setting up your hotspot details; shipping details and/or pick-up location for potential buyers; length of listing; and any features to make your listing stand out. To help to showcase and add flexibility to your listing, select "Featured Listing", "Deal of the Day" and/or "Or Best Offer" for a minimal or no charge.
Grouping Items? In addition to selling each item individually via the hotspots, you can also sell all of your hotspots in your photo as 1 combined group - 1 purchase. You are not required to list your photo as a combined group, but if you want to you would select the "combined group" option and add applicable details. You should select the "Multiple Items Pictures" category when establishing your details for a combined group listing. The price of your combined group is automatically populated with the sum of the hotspots you have already established and is automatically adjusted as individual hotspots sell. After completing the combined group listing you have the opportunity to add a discount to your listing encouraging buyers to purchase all of your items as a combined group. Fixed Price and Classified options are available.


 

One unique feature SellBUYtheroom.com has to offer is the “multiple items one picture option” (patent pending). When the seller posts a picture, which includes multiple items, the items for sale within the picture are marked via “hotspots”. The buyer then has the ability to purchase one or all of the “hotspots” reflected within the picture. In addition, SellBUYtheroom.com provides the ability to post and/or purchase single items outside of the “multiple items one picture option”. Buyers have the ability to search for great deals utilizing the search feature by category, region, or just browsing through the various collections.
